Put AI to work
where your business runs.

We build, integrate and operate AI inside food, retail, distribution and manufacturing companies. In Hebrew, connected to your ERP, measured on results, not slideware.

Privacy policy

How we handle your data on layer41.com.

Draft - subject to legal review. This document is provided for transparency while we finalise our formal privacy policy with Israeli counsel.
Last updated: 4 June 2026

1. Who we are

Layer41 builds vertical AI systems for Israeli food businesses. This policy covers the layer41.com website, which is operated by Layer41 from Israel.

For any data question or request, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect

If you submit the contact form, we collect the fields you fill in: name, company, email address, the topic you choose, and the message you write. The form also includes a hidden anti-spam honeypot field which is discarded and not stored.

When you load the site, our hosting provider Cloudflare automatically receives standard request information, including your IP address, browser type, and the page you requested, for the purpose of serving the site and protecting it from abuse.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or marketing trackers on this site.

3. How we use it

We use the contact form data only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on the conversation it starts. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. Third parties that process your data

To run this site we rely on a small number of service providers. They process data on our behalf, under their own privacy terms:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) - hosting and request delivery via Cloudflare Pages, including the contact form function.
  • Resend (United States) - delivers the contact form message to our inbox by email.
  • Google LLC (United States) - serves the Assistant web font from Google Fonts. Google may log basic request data such as IP and User Agent per its own policy.

When personal data is transferred outside Israel, we rely on the service providers' standard protections and on the consent you give us by submitting the form.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. We use your browser's local storage for two small purposes: remembering your language choice (Hebrew or English), and remembering that you have dismissed the cookie notice. You can clear both at any time from your browser settings.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as is reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up business relationship, and then for a further period required by Israeli accounting and tax law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights and how to delete your data

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to inspect the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and, where applicable, to ask us to delete it.

To exercise any of these rights, including a deletion request, send an email to [email protected] from the email address you used to contact us, with the subject line 'Data request'. We will respond within a reasonable time and, in any event, within the period required by law.

8. Security

We use accepted technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is aimed at business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The 'last updated' date above always shows the current version. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].

Terms

Terms of service

The terms that govern your use of the layer41.com website.

Draft - subject to legal review. This document is provided for transparency while we finalise our formal terms of service with Israeli counsel.
Last updated: 4 June 2026

1. Acceptance

By using the layer41.com website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. The service

layer41.com is a marketing and information site for Layer41's services. It lets you read about what we do and contact us through a form. The site does not provide an account, paid subscription, or product on its own; any commercial engagement with Layer41 is governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Acceptable use

When you use the site you agree not to:

  • submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content through the contact form;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems;
  • interfere with the site's operation, including via automated scraping or denial-of-service activity;
  • impersonate another person or organisation.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design, code, logos, and other content on layer41.com are owned by Layer41 or its licensors and are protected under Israeli and international intellectual property law. You may view and share the public content for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

5. Third-party services

The site relies on third parties for hosting, fonts, and email delivery, including Cloudflare, Google Fonts, and Resend. We are not responsible for their services and their terms apply when you interact with them.

6. No warranty

The site and its content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, Layer41 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Layer41 against any third-party claim that arises from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the site.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The 'last updated' date above shows the current version. For any question, write to [email protected].

Accessibility

Accessibility statement

Our commitment to a site that is usable by everyone.

Draft - subject to legal review. This statement is provided for transparency while we finalise our formal accessibility statement with Israeli counsel and complete an external audit.
Last updated: 4 June 2026

1. Our commitment

Layer41 is committed to making layer41.com accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

2. Standard followed

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to the Israeli standard IS 5568.

3. What we have done

The site has been built with the following accessibility considerations:

  • native Hebrew right-to-left layout, with a clear language toggle between Hebrew and English;
  • readable typography, with the Assistant font and high-contrast colour palette in both light and dark sections;
  • semantic HTML structure with headings, landmarks, and labelled form fields;
  • keyboard navigability for links, buttons, and the contact form;
  • respect for the user's reduced-motion preference, disabling non-essential animation;
  • responsive design that adapts to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.

Every page includes a floating accessibility widget that lets visitors adjust text size, switch to high-contrast mode, highlight links, pause animations, and apply a more legible font. These choices persist across visits. The widget is an aid and does not constitute formal certification - an external audit by accredited accessibility consultants is pending.

4. Known limitations

We are working to improve accessibility on an ongoing basis. Areas we are currently reviewing include full screen-reader walkthroughs of every page, focus-visible styling on all interactive elements, and decorative-only SVGs receiving explicit aria-hidden attributes. We expect to address these in our next iteration.

5. Accessibility coordinator and feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, or have a suggestion for improvement, please contact our accessibility coordinator:

Email: [email protected]

We aim to respond within a reasonable time and will use your feedback to improve the site.

6. Updates

This statement is reviewed and updated periodically. The 'last updated' date above shows when it was last reviewed.
